Dunnottar House

A modern extension of zinc and glass that works with the balance of privacy and maximum natural internal light. The existing building surfers from poor connectivity to the garden, and is cellular in nature. The opportunity therein, was to open the internal spaces, and provide direct connectivity to the garden. The kitchen takes direct benefit from this move, and will enjoy a level access where internal and external spaces can be made to feel as one via a retractable glass window.
