Alexandra Terrace

A project that cures all problems. The house is a hundred years old, and as such, was built at a time where construction was more art than science. To that end, the proposal works to greatly insulate and waterproof without compromising on the beautiful valley views. This small extension also adds much needed space to the kitchen, which was previously confined in nature.
